DAAT
The House

A young house.
An old discipline.

DAAT is being built in 2026, with no invented history, but by rules older than any sign over a door.

The Name

DAAT is knowledge. The hidden eleventh point, absent from the ordinary count, yet without which the whole does not hold. The place where countless options become one right move, and on which everything stands, though it is never seen.

The name was chosen to sound quieter than money. Where the market shouts “Capital”, “Wealth”, “Advisory”, the House is silent. Power that is never seen. Knowledge that holds everything.

A patrimony for the ages.
How the House works

Partner-led. Independent. No third-party products.

One partner
per mandate
Behind the structure stands a person, not a nameless working group. The partner of the House frames the task, chooses the move and signs for it personally, and stays with you for the whole mandate.
The independence
of the House
The House has no founding banks, no shareholders from the industry, no quotas for outside instruments. The only thing the House sells is unbiased judgement. That is why it is dear.
No third-party
products
The House takes no hidden commissions and does not place you into partners’ funds. Implementation runs through certified local specialists in each jurisdiction, and the choice of instrument remains yours.

“Silence is the element in which great things fashion themselves.”

Thomas Carlyle · Sartor Resartus
The partner of the House

One partner, in person.

Every mandate is led by one partner of the House, whose signature stands beneath the rules by which it works. In a house built without a legend, the partner who signs stands in for a century-old sign: you trust not a legend, but a person who answers for every decision in person.

The principle is simple and old. The machine computes a million options; the partner chooses one and signs. Responsibility does not dissolve in process and is not passed between assistants. One partner leads the mandate from the first Diagnostic to the settled position.

“The House answers for what it signs. And so it signs only what will withstand.”

The Code of the House

Five rules that are not up for discussion

I
We never judge
Where the capital comes from, at what cost it was made, what path brought you here: none of it is ours to weigh. The House examines the task, not the person. On that condition, you can speak to the House frankly.
II
The discipline of discretion
Discretion is the foundation, not an added service. Silence is the highest form of trust. What you tell the House stays in the House.
III
Defensible positions only
The House builds solely what will withstand scrutiny: the regulator, the bank, time and the next generation. What is not defensible we name plainly and will not take on, whatever the price.
IV
One partner per mandate
You have one interlocutor from beginning to end. No workgroup, no handover between assistants, no nameless report. A partner who knows your board whole and answers for it in person.
V
On your side — and only yours
The House carries no third-party products, no hidden fees and no second client in the same deal. The only thing we offer is unbiased judgement in your interest. Without exception.
The Code is not a declaration for a website. These are the terms on which the House accepts a mandate.
Presence

Headquartered in Dubai. At work across three continents.

The House stands at the Dubai World Trade Centre, at the crossroads of the capital of the Gulf, Europe and Asia. It serves families whose capital lives across borders, and builds wherever the ground demands — through working structures, licensed counsel and proven partners of the House: corridors in which the House knows how a position holds.
