Your assets in the region pass strictly by your will — under common law, not by the default rule.

A DIFC will and an ADGM foundation give a common-law instrument to international families holding assets in the UAE region. Distribution follows the testator’s will, not the default rule of forced heirship. The House designs both instruments, has them drafted and registered by licensed counsel it instructs, and ties them to the rest of the family structure.

When this is your situation

What the House does

The House works with the instruments of recognised common-law jurisdictions in the region — the DIFC Wills Service and the ADGM foundations regime — and ties them to the rest of the capital architecture. The document does not live on its own: it is drafted, registered and built into the overall structure so the will is carried out without colliding with the default rules. The deeds and charters themselves are drafted and executed by licensed counsel the House instructs, on your behalf. Counsel answers for the document; the House answers for the result.

What you get: a DIFC will drafted by licensed counsel for the composition of assets and heirs · an established ADGM foundation as a holder of the region’s assets · registration of both instruments in the registry · a tie to the holding and the family’s overall structure (2 instruments, 1 mandate)

Why this way and not another

A common-law instrument
the will follows the text of the testament, not the default rule of inheritance
A recognised jurisdiction
DIFC and ADGM — regimes international families in the region rely on
A will plus a foundation
two instruments together, not one document with no holder of assets
Part of the structure
the instrument is tied to the family holding, not left hanging apart

What worries you — and the House’s answer

Where this leads

The DIFC will is drafted by licensed counsel and registered, the ADGM foundation is established and holds the region’s assets, and both are tied to the rest of the family structure. Distribution proceeds strictly by your will, in a recognised common-law jurisdiction, beyond the default rule of inheritance. The will has force, rather than remaining an intention.

Fee
by mandate
The scope depends on the composition of assets and instruments. It begins with a Diagnostic, which is credited against the mandate fee.
